## Scenario Narrative
**Frescopa** is a fictitious specialty coffee and beverage company offering roasted coffee, tea, and ready-to-drink products through retail stores, e-commerce, and a subscription program. At Frescopa, marketers are planning to launch personalized subscription renewal and upsell campaigns by identifying loyal customers and easy-to-build workflows.
