### Business Objectives

WKND Fly wants to learn more about their customers and their online and offline behaviour. They are adding AEP and Data Collection tags to their website and mobile app to gather information about what the users are looking at on the web page and mobile app, observe the purchase funnel and use this information to deliver a more relevant and personalised experience.

If you want to get the email you need to register on the website before starting the scenario and wait 1-2 minutes for the profile to be merged properly in Platform. The offer on the home page will work, no matter if you are loged in user or not.

**Prerequisite: **Audience Segmentation by Destination

**In order to use receive personalized abandonment emails, ensure you visit one of the following destinations or pick one of the destination in the search fly component Poland (WAW), Japan (HND), United Kingdom (LHR) , India (DEL) or Mexico (Tulum). **This action will add the user's profile to a specific Audience, which will serve as a personalization trigger for the abandoned booking email content.
