This page shows you what you can accomplish with the** Adobe Target MCP server** using natural-language prompts, from quick lookups to multi-step analysis and reporting tasks.

## Prerequisites

- Access to Adobe Target (AT)
- Access to ChatGPT and/or Claude.ai with a paid subscription

## Connect the Adobe Target MCP server

**To connect from Claude Desktop or Claude Web:**

1. Open your MCP client settings and add a new MCP server.
2. Enter the server URL: `https://targetmcp.adobe.io/mcp`
3. When prompted, complete the Adobe IMS OAuth login with your Adobe Experience Cloud credentials.
4. Select the organization *Adobe Demo System Shared*.
5. Once authenticated, all tools are immediately available. Try “List all active Target activities” to verify the connection.

**Note:** If the MCP client provides an out-of-the-box connector, the recommended approach is to use that connector for the connection. For example, you may not need to add the server URL or create an app in Claude, since the connector is already available out of the box.
