This page shows what you can accomplish with the **Adobe Campaign MCP server** using natural-language prompts, from quick lookups to multi-step analysis and reporting. You can use the MCP in CX Enterprise Coworker and AI Platforms.

## Campaign MCP in Coworker

You can now leverage Campaign MCP in CX Enterprise Coworker, available in the **Adobe Demo System Shared** organization.

## Connect the Adobe Campaign MCP server with Claude.ai

**Prerequisites**

- Access to Adobe Campaign
- Access to an MCP client such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude.ai with a paid subscription

**Via Finder GUI:**

1. In Finder, press **Cmd + Shift + G** (Go to Folder)
2. Paste: `~/Library/Application Support/Claude/`
3. Press **Enter**
4. Edit the file **claude\_desktop\_config.json **to add the `campaign-mcp` details:

5. Replace `${CAMPAIGN_IMS_TOKEN}` & `${CAMPAIGN_BASE_URL}` with a generated IMS Token having access to the targeted Campaign instance and the Campaign instance base URL
