# Introduction

The **Create Profile** tab in **Profile Updater** enables users to create profiles for anonymous or unknown identities when no existing profile is found. It streamlines profile creation by generating schema-aware data, handling missing identities, and providing AI-assisted data population.

## Key Enhancements

### Create Profiles for Anonymous or Unknown IDs

When an **anonymous ID** is provided, or when no profile exists for the specified ID, users can create a new profile directly from the **Create Profile** tab.

### Industry- and Schema-Based Payload Generation

Users can select the relevant **industry** and **dataset/schema** for the new profile. Based on these selections, the system automatically generates the **Create Profile payload** using the corresponding **Golden Profile JSON** for the selected industry.

This helps ensure that the generated profile follows the expected structure and schema.

### Automatic Creation of Missing Identities

The Create Profile workflow identifies unique identities that are missing at the profile level and automatically creates them as part of the profile creation process.

### Custom Fields and Fill with AI

Users can add **custom fields** and populate their values while creating a profile.

The **Fill with AI** option can also be used to automatically populate profile data, reducing manual input and making it easier to generate a complete profile.

### Identity Editing

Identities generated programmatically are not fixed. Users can **review and edit the generated identities** before proceeding with profile creation, allowing corrections or adjustments where required.

## Typical Workflow

1. Navigate to **Profile Updater → Create Profile**.
2. Enter an anonymous or unknown ID for which a profile does not exist.
3. Select it for a Brand (Yes or No), if yes provide Brand name, If no it will pickup indutry specific golden profile attributes.
4. Review the automatically generated profile payload and identities.
5. Edit identity information or add custom fields as required.
6. Optionally use **Fill with AI** to populate profile data.
7. Review the generated information and create the profile.

### NOTE:

1. Use this feature for small number of profile and anything bigger please use B2C Data generator.
2. Please be cautions while editing the identities as it is created with exact format of the schemas. Any major change can break the profile stitching.
