Experience Decisioning empowers Binji+ to create highly relevant and dynamic experiences by adapting in real time to each user’s viewing behavior. Instead of showing static content, the platform personalizes banners and visuals based on users’ demonstrated content preferences and genre engagement.

This personalization enhances user retention, encourages content exploration, and increases the likelihood of trial conversion by ensuring that what users see on screen aligns with their evolving interests and mood.

🧰 **Fallback Experience: A Starting Point for Everyone**

When a new user opens the Binji+ app for the first time, they are shown a generic fallback banner promoting a 30-day free trial. This message is broad and designed to engage users before their content preferences are known. It ensures that every user starts with a clear value proposition, even if they haven’t interacted with any specific genres yet.

After the user watches three action-packed titles, they are automatically added to the segment:

"Binji - Preference: Action Category"

The generic trial banner is then replaced by an action-themed promotional image, personalized to reflect their interest

If the user begins exploring movies from the romance genre, they are shifted to a new segment:

"Binji - Preference: Romance Category"
