Binji+ uses in-app messages across its web and mobile platforms to actively engage users and drive deeper interaction with its content. These messages are strategically designed to encourage users to explore titles and build personalized watchlists.

Most in-app messages are contextually triggered based on user behavior and content preferences. For example, when a user views an action movie like Jungle, they receive a timely message for the new season and enjoy unlimited access to similar content. Similarly, when a user visits the detail page for a drama like WaterColor, an in-app message suggests exploring more heartfelt stories aligned with their interests.

The focus is on delivering personalized, relevant nudges at key moments in the user journey. This approach helps increase user engagement, boost trial registrations, and promote content discovery—all by leveraging behavior-driven segmentation and precise timing.

By tailoring communication in this way, Binji+ enhances the user experience and encourages ongoing platform use.
