Loyalty Challenges is a section inside **Profile Viewer** that shows the current visitor’s **active loyalty challenges** — pulled live from Adobe Journey Optimizer’s Loyalty capability. Each active challenge appears as a card: its name, its list of tasks, with a checkmark on any task the visitor has already completed.

## Why it’s useful

This section lets you show exactly where a visitor stands in a loyalty challenge — which tasks they’ve already completed and which ones are still open — so it’s easy to see, at a glance, what’s left to do before they earn the reward.

## How to use it

1. Open Profile Viewer and find the **Loyalty Challenges** tab or card (only shown if the project has it turned on).

2. There’s nothing to click to trigger it — it loads automatically for whichever visitor you’re currently browsing as.
3. Each active challenge shows as its own card: name, points reward, active date range, and its tasks — with a checkmark next to any task that’s already complete.

If it says “No loyalty challenges,” either there’s no active challenge for this identity right now, or the visitor hasn’t been identified yet.



## Things to know

·      **Works best once the visitor is identified by email-** Loyalty challenges are tracked against the visitor’s email identity, not just their anonymous browser ID — so for the best results, sign the visitor in first before checking this section.

·      **It’s read-only-** You can see a visitor’s challenges and task progress, but there’s no way yet to sign a visitor up for, or withdraw them from, a challenge directly inside Profile Viewer.

·      **What you see is exactly what AJO returns- **Unlike some other sections, there’s no filtering option for Loyalty Challenges — whatever challenges the connected AJO org/sandbox has active for that visitor are shown as-is.
