# Introduction
This document demonstrates the capability of delivering real-time Message Center emails to recipients using Postman through the Campaign API.

Note: For the message center credentials you need to drop a note to Infra team(SVDemoSystemOPS\@adobe.com) with subject - ADSS ACv8 MC Credentials.
Prerequisite: Please create your message center delivery template as published and add your event types in [enum](https://experience.adobe.com/#/@demosystem4/so\:demosystem4-mkt-prod1/acc/folders/folder/1037/xtkEnum/2145/properties).

## Demo Execution (Step-by-step)
1. Download the **Postman Collection.**
2. Import the **[Collection](https://adobe.sharepoint.com/\:u:/s/DemoSystemNext/IQCnVLYS4F42QYCp1no-lHjsAUwM47B0RdIgey6iMRf9ZCA?e=Ld42HF)** in Postman.
3. Update the recipient email in the **Trigger RT Email** POST request.
4. Put the **message center credentials** under **\\ **like this** \username/password\.**
5. Update the given body payload asper your personalization need as currently it is pointing to [Luma Order Confirmation Email](https://experience.adobe.com/#/@demosystem4/so\:demosystem4-mkt-prod1/acc/nmsTriggerMessages/283301). and hit the **Send** button.

## Troubleshooting
You might get **access denied error** while running the above API. Find Info [here](https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/ka-30089).
### Resolution:
1. Go to [control panel](https://experience.adobe.com/#/@demosystem4/controlpanel/) of respective Org(ADSS). You need to be connected with **vpn** while doing below process and api trigger.
2. Then browse to **Instances settings > ip allow listing.**
3. Then go to chrome and search **what is my ip** and copy it and convert it to **CIDR format(use AI)**.
4. On ip allow listing page click on **Add new ip range **then give a suitable** name, **copy the CIDR ip in** IP **field and under **access type **select** External API Connection > Message Center RT. **Hit **save **and a job will get trigger and once finished you can try the API it will work.
