**Setup Required Schemas and Dataset**

**If you are using a fresh sandbox then set up a sandbox using QuickSetup, and use preset Luma- Basic and in Advance please select "Call Center" .**

**After that please make sure your sandbox must have these schemas-**

**Generate User Id and Sandbox Twilio ID-**

1.**User ID:**



- When you set up a sandbox using Quick Setup in the first step, It will also create a retail web project. Open the retail web project and click on the sign-In button and then click on create an account. After registering the profile, the user Id will be automatically assigned to your profile.

You can find the User ID in the profile viewer once you log in with your registered email ID.

2.** Sandbox Twilio ID  **

\- This value is required to identify the right sandbox and organization. It will use before your actual User ID when calling Twillio.

You can find this value in Environments on the right panel after selecting an AEP sandbox.
