## GOAL

Re-engagement by sending consumer messages to complete the purchase

## TARGET AUDIENCE

Users who engaged in online shopping by starting the checkout process however not finished the purchase

## JOURNEY STORY

This journey covers Cart Abandonment, Checkout Abandonment, Product Purchase, Shipping Details, and Post Purchase Survey

Shipping Details and Post Purchase Survey events are triggered from [Luma JT project](https://dsn.adobe.com/cx2/luma3-jt)

Sarah browses some products on [Luma Site](https://luma.adobedemosystem.com) and add them to her cart. She abandons the cart and receives the cart abandoned email

Sarah proceeded further and started the checkout process, filling out the shipping information and payment method, but she did not finish it by clicking the "Confirm Order" button.
