Personalization is a great way to show the power of Experience Cloud Audineces (Segments). Build your own segments, or use the predefined ones to create your own personalization scenario that you're going to present to the customer.

There are few ways to personalize the website and mobile app. Choose the one that is appropriate for you.

## Prerequisites

You need to have a website and/or mobile app prepared and connected to an ims org. If you don't have it yet go back to the "[Step 1 - Preparing Demo Environment](docId\:OuU4KkwqTYmhd_Ev8ONti)" section
