The SecurFinancial website can demonstrate many AEP features, such as real-time customer profiles, streaming segmentation, Offer Decisioning, and a Target and Journey Optimizer.

## How to start

You can access the SecurFinancial website through the Public Projects section in [DSN Home](https://dsn.adobe.com/workspaces/securfinancial) or by directly opening [https://dsn.adobe.com/web/securfinancial2](https://dsn.adobe.com/web/securfinancial2) in your browser.

At the bottom of the home page, there is a link to the ["How to consolidate bank accounts"](https://dsn.adobe.com/web/securfinancial2/how-to-consolidate-bank-accounts) article. Visiting this article page will put the current profile in the "Interested in consolidating finances" audience.

### Mortgage Calculator

The ["SecurFinancial Home Loan"](https://dsn.adobe.com/web/securfinancial2/home-loan) page contains a calculator to simulate monthly payments.

### Home Loan Application form

The ["Home Loan Application" form](https://dsn.adobe.com/web/securfinancial2/home-loan) can be used to demonstrate retargeting through email. Abandoning the form before the last step triggers the "Home Loan Application" journey with the "abandon" action, which sends an email reminding about the abandoned form and waits for the "submit" action.

Submitting that form starts the same journey but with a "submit" action, which sends a confirmation email.

## Basic experience with events and streaming segmentation

Navigate to any product page, you should see the product view event in the Experience Events section of Profile Viewer.

If you interact with e.g. Loans a segment with be resolved: Interested in loans

## Personalized offers (Offer Decisioning)

When you first enter the SecurFinancial website, you will see a ribbon at the top with the message "Learn three ways to deal with inflation, rising rates and your credit.". It's the fallback offer from Offer Decisioning for profiles without any segments. If you want to learn more about implementation.
