The Offers module displays offers recommendation for the customer based on the decision scopes set in the configuration of the project.

Configuring the decision scopes

The Customer Experience App allows you to display recommended offers to the advisor logged in to the app. Those offers can be then recommended to the customer whose profile is loaded.

The supported offer types in the CX App are:

text offers
- the content of the offer is used as the description of the offer, displayed together with the offer title on a background suited to the project branding options,
image offers
JSON offers
- allow the highest extent of customization, as the JSON object can contain both properties of text and image offers. A sample offer in JSON format can look as follows:

In order to add the offers into your project, add the Offers module to your project and paste the decision scopes in the configuration. Each decision scope should be pasted separately, as a separate option in the editor.

Decision scopes

Property	Default
Decision scope	A JSON object containing at least xdm:placementId and xdm:activityId
Item count	The maximum number of offers to be returned per scope
Hide texts	A boolean setting useful when the offer picture already contains texts and you want to hide the offer title
