Goal

To support AEP agentic services prompts.

Overview

As part of Quick Setup, updates will be made across profile schema, data types, audiences, and journeys to enable agentic service prompt functionality within AEP.

Profile Schema Update

Profile Schema should have all the field groups

Audiences

Required audiences will be created based on the updated profile attributes and new data type.

Refer to the attached screenshot for the list

Journey

A new journey will be created to support the Reporting Journey NV1.0 use case.

The journey leverages batch audiences for audience qualification and entry.

Important Note

Wait for at least one day before activating the journey, as it relies on batch audiences that require time to be evaluated and populated.
