Demo System Next provides ability to show Call Center from Customer Perspective as another way to ingest/use AEP data.

The flow requires 2 schemas and 2 datasets to be available on the sandbox:
and 2 datasets: Demo System - Event Dataset for User ID (Global v1.1), Demo System - Profile Dataset for User ID (Global v1.1). If they are not present, run the quick setup with an advanced option.
