- Playback mode - select the playback mode: automatic vs user-controlled

- Started event type - event that will be send when user will hit play
- Started Webhook URL (optional) - if you want to send information to a webhook provide its URL
- Ended event type - event that will be send when user will stop the video
- Ended webhook URL (optional) - if you want to send information to a webhook provide its URL
- Form ID - form id that groups all variables together in data layer.
