Customising Chatbot for web projects

Make sure you have completed the generic setup from the link: Using bots with Builder Web Client

In the integration step, please make sure that you have selected Healthcare as Chatbot Version and it shows up some pre-defined Healthcare chatbot parameters as displayed in the image below.

Make sure you have completed generic setup from link: Using bots on external pages

Go to the launch property for external website. Click on Data Elements on the left and search for Bot - ID. Value should be lhssq3fl:65f1f4ecaffe44e260c03c86 to connect to Healthcare Bot Flow.
