Customising Chatbot for web projects

Make sure you have completed the generic setup from the link: Using bots with Builder Web Client

In the integration step, please make sure that you have selected FSI as Chatbot Version and it shows up some pre-defined FSI chatbot parameters as displayed in the image below.

Make sure you have completed the generic setup from the link: Using bots on external pages

Go to the launch property for external website. Click on Data Elements on the left and search for Bot - ID. Value should be loww5owj:655241a5e0089e24ddba0f9d to connect to FSI Bot Flow.
