WebApp & Survey: Luma Product Feedback
Introduction
Luma, as a brand, wants to connect with its customers, check how customers think about its product, and check the satisfaction level. For this brand, uses Adobe Campaign V8 instance to deploy a WebApp and a Survey to collect the feedback from the customers about the satisfaction and how they think about the product and quality.
SETUP:
We have created the WebApp in the ADSS Instance(Not Web UI) under Global > Resources > Online > Web Applications > LumaProductFeedback.
We have added a few fields at the Recipient Schema to capture Survey responses associated with the profile. Also, the survey can be filled out by the new customer can update the details in the Survey form and responses. Already existing recipient's responses will be appended to the profile.
NOTE: You can't access this WEBAPP in Web UI, and only the profiles and their responses can be seen in web ui.
